Stocks finished near their worst levels of the session, and closed lower for a fourth consecutive day. Today's sell off pushed all three of the major averages to their lowest levels since March 23. Selling was paced by a 1.1% drop in both the S&P and Nasdaq while the Dow outperformed, slipping 0.5%.
After the close, FCEL, GIII, JRJC, MIND, PBY and CHINA are the most notable name scheduled to report earnings results.
Futures are lower after hours: S&P 500 futures are -0.57 from fair value of 1285.17 and Nasdaq100 futures -2.12 from fair value of 2274.32.
